7 years today. Seems like yesterday. I'm still trying to figure out how to live without her. She was the only one of my siblings that didn't abuse or neglect me. Being the baby of 6 I looked up to all of them. But Sue was the only constant. We were very close. It's amazing how important sibling relationships are. They are sometimes the longest relationship in a persons life. Having a big sister to look up to made a huge difference in my life. She was so smart and talented. She could make me laugh so hard my ribs would hurt. We were each others support in our disfunctional, abusive family. She was the best aunt in the world to my daughter. I still need her. My jewelry is a direct result of her suicide. Afterwards all I did was bid on auctions on eBay and make my jewelry. It's my way of coping. Making order out of all this chaos. If you know anyone who has cut themselves off from people. Check in on them. Hopefully someday I can talk about this without completely falling apart. I would love to be involved in suicide prevention someway. Even if it's a portion of my sales.
